Donetsk authorities plan individual help for residents relocating from Ukrainian-held areas

Donetsk authorities are inviting residents of Kramatorsk, Slavyansk, Dobropillya and Druzhkovka to move to Donetsk.

They say they will look at each person’s situation and offer needed help, including assistance finding housing.

The program is meant to help people return to peaceful life.

The announcement comes amid the war and competing claims over control of the area.
