Starlink’s US spectrum deal raises questions about its plans for Brazil

SpaceX’s deal in the United States could help Starlink offer mobile phone service alongside satellite internet.

UBS BB says Starlink is expanding mobile connectivity in Brazil, but the company has not shown it plans to build a full mobile network there.

Brazil already has Starlink satellites, but it lacks key pieces such as low-frequency ground spectrum and an integrated mobile network.
