Kılıçdaroğlu says he does not plan to seek presidency again

Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu said he is not planning to run for president in a future election.

He said he wants to strengthen the CHP’s rules and make party primaries compulsory before stepping aside.

He also called for alliances among opposition parties and said Turkey’s state institutions were involved in efforts to address the Kurdish issue.

His comments come as he criticized the opposition’s divisions and raised concerns about earthquake safety in Istanbul.
