Mastodon to release 170 vinyl records made with fossil dust

The band Mastodon has made a special version of its album using powder from fossilized teeth of the Ice Age animal.

The teeth were given to the band by a fan about 20 years ago.

Only 170 records will be made because the fossil powder is limited.

Fans will enter a random draw for a chance to buy one.
