Geordie Greep Cancels Five US Shows After Misconduct Allegation
Geordie Greep, the former frontman of Black Midi, has canceled five US tour dates after an allegation of sexual misconduct was made against him in Vancouver, Canada.
The allegation was publicized on flyers handed out outside a concert on October 8.
Greep spoke to the audience at that show, saying he had made a move at a house party, quickly apologized, and believed there had been a misunderstanding.
He denied raping anyone and said he was sorry that he had made someone uncomfortable.
The canceled shows were scheduled for Boise, Salt Lake City, Boulder, Denver, and Omaha.
His concert in Des Moines remains listed, and a European tour is scheduled to begin in the Netherlands on November 1.
