Morocco's king says migration cooperation with Spain has reached its limits

Morocco’s king says the current way his country works with Spain to manage migration is no longer working well.

He blamed Spanish court decisions for making it harder to return some people, including minors.

In July, at least 70,000 people crossed from Morocco into Spain’s enclave of Ceuta, and thousands remained there.

The dispute could put pressure on relations between the two countries.
