Seoul considers fines for drinking and other prohibited acts at Cheonggyecheon
Seoul is considering fines of up to 100,000 won for drinking and other prohibited acts at Cheonggyecheon.
The city says the plan is meant to prevent repeated problems, such as bathing and taking coins without permission.
It also aims to make visits more comfortable for other people.
The city is still considering the measure.
