Windows 11 includes a free remote support tool called Quick Assist

Quick Assist lets one person help troubleshoot another person’s Windows computer over the internet.

The helper shares a six-digit code, and the computer’s owner must approve screen sharing and any request for control.

The owner can stop the helper’s control at any time.

Because it comes with Windows 11, users may not need to pay for a separate remote support app.
