XPENG opens invitation-based registration for YOYO robotaxi service in China

XPENG has named its robotaxi service YOYO and is letting invited users in China register.

Until now, the company had tested the service internally.

It is preparing to expand operations, with local partners expected to run fleets.

XPENG says it plans to make money from vehicle sales, services and commissions.
