Garanti BBVA Emeklilik leads AI reputation ranking of pension firms
A study compared how ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude presented six private pension companies in Turkey.
It was conducted on October 2, 2026, using a model developed by StratejiCo.
Garanti BBVA Emeklilik had the highest reputation score, followed by Allianz Yaşam ve Emeklilik and Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik.
Garanti BBVA Emeklilik also had the largest share of AI responses mentioning the companies, narrowly ahead of Allianz.
AgeSA received the highest score for positive tone in the AI responses.
The comparison comes as Turkey’s private pension system has attracted renewed attention, with reports saying about 12,500 people joined each day and 2 billion to 2.5 billion Turkish lira flowed into its funds daily.
The system was reported to have about 18 million participants, 25 million contracts and 2.7 trillion Turkish lira in funds.
Garanti BBVA Emeklilik ranked first in an artificial intelligence reputation study of pension companies, scoring 54.7 points.
The study, conducted by StratejiCo., compared the companies’ reputation, visibility and sentiment in responses from ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude.
Garanti BBVA Emeklilik also led the visibility measure with 70.8%.
AgeSA ranked first for sentiment, with a score of 84%.
