Former Sverdlovsk lawmaker accused of driving on road shoulder
A video shared by the Telegram channel Baza shows former Sverdlovsk regional lawmaker Alexey Korobeynikov in a roadside dispute.
The video’s maker accuses him of driving along the shoulder to get past a traffic jam.
Baza says a truck driver blocked his way and made him return to the lane.
The location of the incident is not known.
Korobeynikov appears calm in the video and then drives away.
