Pas-de-Calais Samu chief given suspended sentence for sexual assault
A court found the Pas-de-Calais Samu chief guilty of sexually assaulting a colleague at a conference in Paris in 2025.
He was given a six-month suspended prison sentence and barred from contacting her for three years.
He must also be added to France’s sex-offender register.
He denies the allegations, and his lawyer plans to appeal, so the case will be reviewed.
