New Shonen Manga Explore Fandom and Medical Drama

Shonen manga are stories aimed mainly at young readers, and they can cover more than action.

One new comedy follows a manga artist whose series is canceled as he learns about a fan who makes comics based on his work.

Another series follows a talented surgeon who works in the underworld.

The stories show how the genre can explore fandom and medical drama as well as fights.
