West Bengal school headmaster shot by unidentified assailants dies
A school principal named Nazrul Islam was walking to work on a Saturday morning when people he did not know shot him.
He was hurt very badly.
People quickly took him to a hospital in Islampur town.
The doctors there said he needed more help, so he was moved to another bigger hospital in a city called Siliguri.
Even though the doctors tried their best to save him, he died around one o'clock in the afternoon.
The police do not know yet who did this or why.
They are now looking at video from security cameras in the area to find clues.
