Two big political groups in Delhi were arguing again.
One group, the BJP, runs the Delhi government.
The other group, the AAP, used to run it and now sits in the opposition.
They argued about Question Hour, a special time when members can ask the government questions.
The AAP says the BJP has never held Question Hour in almost 20 months.
The BJP says the AAP held it only nine times in five years, so they have no right to complain.
The members also talked about hospitals that need more machines, unsafe food, and houses in special colonies.
A widow's small house was knocked down, and they want to stop that from happening to others.
They also started trying a computer program called Bhashini that can write down and translate what people say in the Assembly.
On the opening day of the Delhi Assembly's Monsoon Session, the ruling BJP and opposition AAP clashed over the absence of Question Hour.
AAP's Burari MLA Sanjeev Jha claimed the BJP has held no Question Hour in nearly 20 months in power, denying MLAs the chance to seek answers on public issues.
Minister Parvesh Verma countered that the previous AAP government held only nine Question Hour sessions across 74 sittings in five years and accused AAP of spreading misinformation.
The House debated healthcare shortages at LNJP and G B Pant hospitals, food adulteration, O-Zone colonies affecting nearly 30 lakh residents, and illegal OYO-style guest houses.
Speaker Vijender Gupta announced a trial of the Bhashini AI-powered live transcription and translation system to make proceedings multilingual and efficient.
