The Rajya Sabha is a big meeting room in India where important leaders discuss the country's rules and plans.

On Wednesday, some members were upset and wanted to talk, so they started shouting slogans and walked to the front of the room.

Chairman Radhakrishnan told them they had to sit back down before he would let them speak.

When they kept shouting, he warned them about the house rules and paused the meeting until noon.

Some members talked about good things, like the first hydrogen-powered train in India and a private company called Skyroot sending a rocket into space.

A doctor from Maharashtra said the same medicine costs very different amounts in different places, so she asked for fair prices and generic medicines.

Another member said the government's health insurance papers are too hard for ordinary people to understand.

Many important reports were placed on the table when the meeting started at 11 a.m.

In the end, the Chairman briefly stopped the meeting, and everyone waited until noon to continue.
