Arkade Developers’ GDV Reaches ₹18,000 Crore as Income Rises
Arkade Developers is a real estate company that builds homes and other projects.
It said the value of its upcoming projects has grown to ₹18,000 crore.
This is much higher than the ₹2,800 crore value reported in August 2024.
The company now has 15 projects instead of eight.
Its income also rose to ₹828 crore in FY26.
Customers bought more homes, and the company collected ₹728 crore.
Arkade said it bought large pieces of land in Goregaon and Thane.
It also completed five projects and delivered 708 homes.
Arkade Developers’ GDV for upcoming projects rose over 500% to ₹18,000 crore by September 2026, from ₹2,800 crore in August 2024.
The company’s portfolio expanded from eight to 15 projects, with upcoming saleable carpet area reaching 57 lakh sq ft.
Total income increased 14% on a CAGR basis to ₹828 crore in FY26 from ₹636 crore in FY24, while EBITDA was ₹189 crore.
Pre-sales rose to ₹901 crore, area sold reached 3.15 lakh sq ft, and collections increased to ₹728 crore in FY26.
Arkade acquired land parcels in Goregaon and Thane for about ₹530 crore, and completed five projects delivering 708 homes.
