Apple Launches Siri AI, Bundles TV and Arcade in India
Apple has released new software for its devices.
The updates include a newer Siri that uses artificial intelligence.
Siri AI is initially available in English as a beta feature.
Apple plans to add five more languages in October.
The updates also give parents more tools to manage children’s online activities.
In India, people with an iCloud+ subscription will also get Apple TV and Apple Arcade.
The cheapest iCloud+ plan costs Rs 75 per month.
Apple TV and Apple Arcade will no longer be sold separately through Apple in India, although existing users will keep access through iCloud+.
Apple released iOS 27 and other software updates featuring beta Siri AI in English.
French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese and Spanish language support is planned for October.
New parental controls include age-based safeguards, website and contact approvals, and enhanced Communication Safety tools.
Indian iCloud+ subscribers will receive Apple TV and Apple Arcade at no additional cost.
The iCloud+ bundle starts at Rs 75 monthly, while standalone Apple TV and Arcade subscriptions are discontinued for new Indian arrangements.
