Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla Launch Mubarak Baug Landmark
Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla have opened a new fashion and culture space called Mubarak Baug.
It is in a historic building in South Mumbai.
The large store celebrates 40 years of their couture house.
It sells clothing, jewellery and other special creations.
The building is filled with handmade decorations created by artisans from across India.
Visitors can see shiny mirrors, golden designs, mythological artwork and city-inspired details.
A museum area shows important pieces from the designers’ past work.
One displayed piece is a costume worn by Madhuri Dixit in Devdas.
The designers describe the space as a garden of celebration that brings fashion, art and Indian craft together.
