Hyderabad Black Hawks Evolve Into Telugu Black Hawks
A volleyball team called the Hyderabad Black Hawks has a new name: Telugu Black Hawks.
The team plays in Hyderabad, but it wants to be a team for all Telugu-speaking people.
Telugu is a language spoken in two states in India, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
The team has been working with communities in both states for four years.
The owner says the new name is about bringing more people together, not leaving Hyderabad.
The team also picked new players at a big auction in Goa.
The auction was for the PVL 2026 season.
The team will play its Season-5 matches in Ahmedabad this year.
