Cancer Day-Care Centre to Open in Vidisha on September 8
A new centre for cancer patients is planned at Vidisha Medical College.
It will open on September 8.
People from Vidisha and nearby districts will be able to use it.
AIIMS Bhopal will help run the centre at first.
The organisers will make an agreement to arrange this support.
Two training programmes will also help women learn beauty-parlour and tailoring skills.

The announcements were made by Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan during a visit to Vidisha.
A cancer day-care centre will be inaugurated at Vidisha Medical College on September 8.
The facility will serve patients from Vidisha, Raisen, Sehore, Dewas, Sagar and nearby Bundelkhand areas.
AIIMS Bhopal will initially help operate the centre under an agreement with Vidisha Medical College.
Union ministers Jitendra Singh and Shivraj Singh Chouhan, along with Rajendra Shukla, are expected at the inauguration.
Women in Vidisha, Raisen and Sehore will receive beauty-parlour and tailoring training through Rural Self-Employment Training Institutes.
