Rajasthan Chief Secretary Reviews Census 2027 Preparations
The chief secretary of Rajasthan, V. Srinivas, met with census officials in Jaipur to check how the first part of the 2027 census was going.
He said the house listing part was finished and told everyone to hurry up for the next part that starts in February 2027.
He also said using computers and maps would help plan better.
A workshop on these tools will happen before August 17.
The meeting had other senior officials, and the secretary planted a sapling to show care for the environment.
