Main accused arrested in Mathura engineer run-over case
Police arrested a man named Deepak Sharma in Mathura.
He is accused of driving over engineer Vikrant Bharti.

Bharti was returning from work when his car was in a traffic jam.
Sharma’s car allegedly hit Bharti’s car from behind.
When Bharti got out to ask what happened, police said Sharma drove forward.
