Eagle Force Promotes Drug-Free Awareness in Nizamabad

In Nizamabad, the Central Bureau of Communication (CBC) organized an awareness program at Girraj Government Degree College to educate students about the harmful effects of drug abuse.

The Nizamabad Eagle Force's deputy superintendent of police, M. Somanatham, urged students to stay away from drugs, choose positive friendships, and focus on education and career-building.

He warned that even casual experimentation with drugs can lead to addiction and advised students to devote the next five to seven years to education and skill development.

The college principal, Prof. P. Ram Mohan Reddy, called upon students to become ambassadors of the anti-drug campaign and resist peer pressure.

The CBC field publicity officer, Shivacharan Reddy, emphasized the importance of the program in creating awareness about the harmful effects of drug abuse and its legal consequences.

A folk performance by a song and drama troupe conveyed the message of the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan.
