Two arrested for assaulting traffic police in Brahmapur
Two people were arrested by police in a city called Brahmapur.
They were in a car and tried to drive down a street where cars were not allowed.
The street had a "No Entry" sign, so the police stopped them.
Instead of turning around, the car riders got angry and shouted at the officers.
They even hurt one police officer and then another officer who tried to stop them.
The police think the two men may have been drinking alcohol.
The two men, who are 35 and 39 years old, were taken to the police station.
The police also took away their car.
Now the police are investigating what happened.

The incident occurred between 3.40 pm and 4 pm while constables R Sadananda and Sukumari Mallik were regulating traffic for ongoing Gate Bazaar flyover work.
The accused allegedly defied a "No Entry" restriction, abusing and assaulting constable Sadananda and later constable Mallik.
Police said the occupants appeared to be under the influence of alcohol and allegedly threatened the constables.
An FIR was registered under the BNS and the Motor Vehicles Act, the car was seized, and the investigation is being conducted by ASI Nigam Chandra Pradhan.
