Apple Unveils Watch Series 12, Ultra 4 and AirPods 5
Apple announced three new devices in India: two smartwatches and new wireless earbuds.
The Watch Series 12 is available in 42mm and 46mm sizes.
Both watches use a new S11 chip and check heart rate more often.
They can track health information such as sleep, activity and vital signs.
A new readiness score helps users decide whether to rest or exercise hard.
The Watch Ultra 4 is designed for longer and more demanding workouts.
AirPods 5 can reduce noise while still using an open-ear design.
They also include features such as Transparency mode and Adaptive Audio.
Some additional features work with an iPhone running iOS 27.
Apple announced the Watch Series 12, Watch Ultra 4 and AirPods 5 at its “Surprise and Shine” event in India.
The Watch Series 12 and Watch Ultra 4 use Apple’s S11 chip and check heart rate every five seconds.
The Watch Series 12 adds readiness scoring, updated vital-sign tracking and up to 24 hours of battery life.
The Watch Ultra 4 offers up to 50 hours of everyday use and up to 84 hours in low-power mode.
AirPods 5 add open-ear Active Noise Cancellation, Transparency mode, Adaptive Audio and selected AI features with an iPhone running iOS 27.
