Runaway Kids Chasing Acting Dreams Reach Safe Police Custody

She rode an express train from Guwahati to Mumbai and went looking for Film City.
When she could not find acting work, she asked the police for help.
Police called her mother and told her family she was safe.
A 16-year-old boy from Madhya Pradesh did something very similar.
He told his parents he was going to school, but he took trains to Mumbai instead.
He dreamed of acting in a popular TV show called 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah'.
A person saw him walking alone and informed the police.
Both children were kept safe by the Aarey police until their families could come for them.

The girl left her Rathi Lokhojan village on August 4, boarded an express train at Guwahati, and got down at CSMT before heading to Film City.
After failing to find work, the girl approached the Aarey police station, who contacted her mother and informed her family, who are now traveling to Mumbai.
The boy from Chhindwara told his parents he was going to school but instead traveled via Nagpur to Mumbai Central and walked towards Film City on August 6.
Both minors ended up in the safe custody of the Aarey police before they could get into trouble.
The boy dreamed of working in the TV serial 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah'.
