The government has approved Rs 8.75 crore to improve an old temple.

The temple is called Sri Vedagiri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple.

It is on Narasimha Konda in the Nellore rural constituency.

The money will help provide better facilities for visitors.

Minister Anam Ramanarayana Reddy and MLA Kotamreddy Sridhar Reddy will start the work.

They will do this by laying a foundation stone on Sunday morning.

MLA Sridhar Reddy had promised to develop the temple during the 2024 election campaign.

Party leaders thanked the Chief Minister and the Endowments Minister for approving the funds.
