Collector Urges Youth to Follow Sarvai Papanna’s Ideals
Officials in Karimnagar held a programme to mark Sardar Sarvai Papanna Goud’s 376th birth anniversary.
Collector Chitra Mishra said his life and struggles can inspire people.
She asked young people to follow his ideals.
She also spoke about government help for toddy-tapping workers.
This help includes financial assistance and safety kits.
A total of 3,412 workers in the district received Katamayya safety kits.
Other officials asked people to teach young people about Papanna’s legacy.
They also encouraged girls to study further and build careers.
