Wakefit and Traqo Partner to Digitise Inter-Warehouse Logistics

Wakefit and Traqo Partner to Digitise Inter-Warehouse Logistics
Wakefit Optimises Secondary Logistics with Traqo’s Integrated TMS Platform · theprint.in

Wakefit is a big company in India that makes mattresses, pillows, and furniture.

The company has many warehouses where its products are kept.

Trucks move things between these warehouses every day.

Keeping track of all those trips used to be difficult and needed lots of manual work.

So Wakefit asked another company, called Traqo, to build a clever computer system for it.

This system tracks where trucks are, creates automatic tickets at warehouse gates, and warns the team when a trip is late.

More than 50,000 work orders and 80,000 gate entries have already been handled through the system.

The tracking works with SIM cards inside the trucks, so no extra machines are needed.

Now Wakefit can spot delays quickly and check how well its transport partners are performing.

CEO & Co-Founder, Traqo

“Our inter‑warehouse logistics involved massive movement volumes with limited visibility and heavy manual coordination at every step. Traqo has digitised the entire lifecycle indents, gate passes, trips, and SLA tracking on one platform. The SAP integration alone has saved significant planning effort daily, and we can now proactively manage delays and transporter performance in real time.”

“We’re starting with full truckload, part truckload, and EXIM logistics but the destination is the entire global logistics ecosystem. Manufacturers deserve one platform for every logistics need, not a patchwork of solutions. We’re building that platform: geography‑agnostic, AI‑native, and flexible enough to bring every piece of the supply chain under one roof.”
