Telangana Launches HIV-Free State Awareness Rally
In the Indian state of Telangana, leaders want to stop a sickness called HIV and AIDS.
They organized a big walk, called a rally, in the city of Hyderabad.
A minister named Ponnam Prabhakar started the walk at HMDA Grounds.
About 1,500 people joined the walk, which ended near a railway station.
The walk taught people how to stay safe from HIV and AIDS and how doctors can find the sickness early.
Finding a sickness early helps doctors treat it better.
The government also wants people to know about other sicknesses like syphilis.
