Ambala-Shamli Expressway Reaches 70% Completion, Cuts Travel Time
A new road is being built between Ambala and Shamli.

The ₹4,900 crore project spans 121.78 kilometres across Haryana and Uttar Pradesh.
The expressway is expected to cut Ambala-Shamli travel time from about three hours to 90 minutes.
The route will pass through four Haryana districts and connect directly with Saharanpur and Shamli.
Planned facilities include fuel stations, restaurants, charging points, parking areas and vehicle services.
