Kerala Plans Global Job-Focused Higher Education Reform Initiative
Keralam to align higher education with global job trends: CM Satheesan · thehindubusinessline.com

Kerala wants colleges to prepare students for the kinds of jobs that may become important in the future.

Chief Minister V D Satheesan said experts will watch job changes around the world.

This group would study 12 to 15 important work sectors.

Colleges could then update their subjects and courses regularly.

The government wants more learning about technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics and quantum computing.

Kerala also plans to invite campuses of reputed foreign universities after a University Bill is implemented.

A college program called Njangalum Collegeilekku helps women who stopped studying return to college.

The program is planned for all 140 Assembly constituencies and could support at least 25,000 women.
