Vidyavihar Campus Marks Gujarati Language Day With Cultural Festivities
A college campus in Mumbai held a special celebration for the Gujarati language.
The event honored Gujarati culture and the 193rd birthday anniversary of poet Veer Kavi Narmad.
Students and guests listened to poetry and folk songs.
Artist Man Derasari led some of the musical performances.
The college gave alumna Riddhi Vora a ‘Pride of Gujarati’ award.

Another event served Gujarati foods with creative changes, such as khakhra pizza and fafda nachos.
Nearly 1,000 students and staff attended the food festival.
