Bhiwandi's Borivali-Padgha Marks Independence Day With Unity And Harmony

On Independence Day, kids from different schools got together in a small place called Borivali-Padgha in Bhiwandi.

They stood under the Indian flag and sang and danced to celebrate the special day.

Students from Urdu, Marathi and English schools all joined the fun together.

The event was organized by the local village council called the Borivali Gram Panchayat.

This area was once known for some unkind talk about people not loving the country.

This year, the children showed a very different and happy picture.

They wanted to show that people from different backgrounds can stand together as friends.

Important guests like police officers and local leaders came to cheer for them.

The speakers told the children to help keep the country united and friendly.
