About 600 people who bought flats there were fighting in court to get their homes built.

The court said the project should be taken over by a new company and that the old developers must hand over the land.

Now construction can start again, and the buyers will get their homes or a refund.

The court also made sure the buyers won’t pay extra costs from the company’s problems.
