India's Lawn Bowls Duo Secures Crucial Commonwealth Games Win

India sent a lawn bowls team to the Commonwealth Games.

Two players, Navneet Singh and Dinesh Kumar, played in the men's pairs and beat Namibia after coming back from a 3-0 start.

They won the first set 5-3 and the second 6-3.

A woman named Nayanmoni Saikia played in the women's singles and beat Caroline Whitehead from the Isle of Man 2-0.

These wins helped India start the lawn bowls competition strong.
