Sindhu, Treesa-Gayatri Storm Into Round of 32 at BWF Worlds

The BWF World Championships is a big badminton tournament where players from many countries compete.

This year, it is being held in New Delhi, India.

A famous Indian player named PV Sindhu played her first match.

She beat a player from Ireland named Sophia Noble.

Sindhu won easily, with scores of 21-7 and 21-11.

Now she will play a player from Canada next.

Sindhu has won five medals at this tournament before, which is a record.

Two other Indian players, Treesa Jolly and Gayatri Gopichand, also won their match.

They beat a pair from Spain and will play an American pair next.
