Rohit Pawar Unsure of NCP Stance Amid NDA Alliance Buzz

A politician named Rohit Pawar said he does not know yet whether his political party will join a big group of parties in India.

His party is called the Nationalist Congress Party, or NCP.

People are guessing that his party might team up with the BJP and its friends, who are called the NDA.

The prime minister of India, Narendra Modi, is going to meet with eight lawmakers from Rohit Pawar's party.

One of those lawmakers is named Supriya Sule.

Rohit Pawar talked to reporters in a city called Pune.

He said everyone will have to wait until August 17 to find out what will happen.

He also said he was sick earlier, so he could not share his opinion about a new law called the delimitation bill.

He said once that bill comes to Parliament, we will see which party sides with whom.

For now, nobody is sure what his party will do next.
