India's Recurve Girls team wins youth archery gold in Incheon

A young archer from India named Yuktha Sri helped her team win a big archery competition.

She comes from Andhra Pradesh, a state in India.

Her teammates were Krishna Kumavath and Projal Tolia.

Together they were called the Indian Archery Recurve Girls team.

The competition was the World Archery KAA Youth Invitational in Incheon, South Korea.

It took place from August 10 to 14 in 2026.

In the final match, the Indian team played against South Korea and won 5-3.

Winning that match gave them the gold medal.

Yuktha Sri is also one of the top eight archers in the senior category.

Her success made people in Andhra Pradesh proud of their archery talent.
