Two weavers from Jammu and Kashmir won a big prize for making beautiful shawls.

Their names are Manzoor Ahmad Hajam and Fayaz Ahmad Wani.

They weave a special kind of shawl called the Kani Shawl.

The prize they won is called the National Handloom Award.

The President of India gave them the award on National Handloom Day.

This is a special day for celebrating handmade cloth and the people who make it.

Chief Minister Omar Abdullah said he is very proud of them, calling it a proud moment for Jammu and Kashmir.

In total, 22 talented craft makers were honoured that day.

He said their win shows how local artisans can take traditional crafts to wider markets.
