Punjabi Influencer Manjeet Kaur Murder: Key Arrest Made In Chandigarh
Police in Chandigarh arrested a man named Parminder Singh in the case involving influencer Manjeet Kaur.
Police say he was a friend and recent driver of the main accused, known as Rinku.
They believe both men called Manjeet to Sector 34 and took her away in a Toyota Fortuner.
She was later found badly injured near Morinda.
Police allege she had been tied to a tree and set on fire.
Someone helped put out the flames and took her to a hospital.
Manjeet was treated at several hospitals but later died.
Investigators are questioning Parminder and searching for Rinku.
Chandigarh Sector-34 police arrested 25-year-old Parminder Singh, alias Pinda, in the alleged murder of Punjabi influencer Manjeet Kaur.
Police recovered a Toyota Fortuner allegedly used to kidnap Kaur from the Sector-48 Motor Market.
Investigators allege Pinda was with the main accused, Rinku, when Kaur was called to Sector 34 and abducted.
Kaur was allegedly assaulted, tied to a tree and set on fire in a forested area near Morinda before later dying from her injuries.
Police obtained Pinda’s remand and are investigating his role, the alleged conspiracy and Rinku’s whereabouts.
