Mumbai Luxury Home Registrations Reach ₹14,903 Crore in Q1 FY27
Mumbai had a busy three months for expensive homes.
Between April and June 2026, people registered 1,499 homes costing at least ₹5 crore.
Together, these homes were worth ₹14,903 crore.
April was the busiest month by both the number and value of sales.
May had fewer sales, but June saw the number of sales rise again.
Worli was the most valuable area for these transactions.
More buyers also showed interest in suburban areas such as Goregaon East.
The report said homes priced from ₹5 crore to ₹10 crore helped keep the market strong.
Mumbai recorded 1,499 registered luxury-home transactions worth ₹14,903 crore from April through June 2026.
April led the quarter with 563 registrations valued at ₹5,726 crore, while May recorded 435 and June 501.
Worli ranked as Mumbai’s top luxury market by value, with 97 deals worth ₹2,272 crore.
Suburban markets including Goregaon East, Andheri West, Vile Parle West and Santacruz West also recorded significant activity.
The report said demand was strongest in the ₹5 crore–₹10 crore segment, while ultra-luxury transactions moderated in June.
