A big festival happened in a town called Harrow, near London in England.

It was called the Global Youth Festival and it was all about happiness and feeling good.

More than two thousand people came to the Harrow Leisure Centre on one Sunday.

The theme was 'Hack Your Happiness', like a fun adventure to learn what makes people happy.

Visitors could try things like aerial yoga, chocolate meditation, dancing and music.

There were four zones named after happy chemicals in the body: Dopamine District, Oxytocin Oasis, Serotonin Springs and Endorphin Estate.

The festival was part of a special visit by a spiritual teacher named Pujya Gurudevshri Rakeshji.

He gave talks about the mind, self-awareness and finding inner peace.

A singer called Bhavik Haria shared devotional music from Indian tradition with a modern twist.

The big message was that happiness can be understood, practised and shared – and spirituality can matter to young people too.
