Apple Unveils First Foldable iPhone Alongside iPhone 18 Pro
Apple introduced three new iPhones at its 2026 fall event.
Two are regular high-end phones called the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max.
The third is the iPhone Duo, which folds like a small book.
When opened, the Duo has a 7.6-inch screen, and when closed it has a 5.4-inch screen.
The new phones use Apple’s A20 Pro chip.
The Pro phones have a new 48MP camera that lets people control how much light enters the lens.
Apple also says the phones have better batteries and cooling.
The company showed new Siri AI features that can understand what is on the screen.
Apple also announced new watches and AirPods.
Apple launched the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max and first foldable iPhone, the iPhone Duo, at its 2026 fall keynote.
The iPhone 18 Pro models use the A20 Pro chip and add a 48MP variable-aperture main camera, professional camera controls and Dolby HDR Vision video recording.
The iPhone Duo has a 7.6-inch internal display, a 5.4-inch outer screen, a titanium design and a new hinge system.
In India, the iPhone 18 Pro starts at Rs 1,64,900 and the iPhone Duo starts at Rs 2,99,900; Duo pricing reaches Rs 4,49,900 for 2TB.
Apple also introduced the Apple Watch Series 12, Watch Ultra 4, AirPods 5 and new Siri AI features with iOS 27.
