Apple’s first foldable iPhone Duo starts at Rs 2.9 lakh
Apple has made its first foldable phone, called the iPhone Duo.
It opens like a book to provide a larger screen.
The outside screen is 5.4 inches, while the inside screen is 7.6 inches.
The phone starts at nearly Rs 3 lakh in India.
More storage makes the phone even more expensive.
Apple says its software can change the layout to fit the folding screen.
It supports an Apple Pencil on both displays and uses Touch ID in the power button.
Apple also says it has strong titanium construction, fast charging, and cameras designed for hands-free photography.
Apple’s iPhone Duo starts at Rs 2,99,900 in India for the 256GB model.
The foldable phone also comes in 512GB, 1TB, and 2TB versions, reaching Rs 4,49,900.
It has a 5.4-inch cover display, a 7.6-inch inner display, and runs adaptive iOS 27.
Apple says the device uses an A20 Pro chip, titanium construction, a precision hinge, and dual-battery architecture.
Pre-orders are scheduled for mid-October, with initial deliveries expected by the end of October.
