Five Held in Hyderabad Suicide Case Over Motorcycle Damage
Police in Hyderabad arrested five people after a 24-year-old man died from injuries linked to a fall from an apartment building.
The man was Mir Sofiyan Ali, also known as Adil.
Police said he had been called to an apartment over a disagreement about a motorcycle.
The motorcycle had reportedly been damaged in a road accident.
Police said some of the accused wanted him to repair it or pay for the damage.
His friend Sharukh was with him but stayed downstairs.
Sharukh later heard an argument and learned that Sofiyan had fallen from the seventh floor.
The five arrested people have been sent to judicial custody while the investigation continues.

The five accused were booked under Section 108 read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita for alleged abetment of suicide.
The accused were remanded to judicial custody, while police said further investigation is underway.
