Chembur Man Arrested for Motorcycle Ramming That Killed His Friend
A grown-up man in Mumbai got very angry at his friend during an argument.
Police say he told his friend he would run him over with a vehicle.
Then he rode his motorcycle very fast and hit his friend on purpose.
The friend got badly hurt on his head, legs and stomach.
He was rushed to a hospital, but his injuries were too serious and he died.

His name is Bharat Mishra, and he is 44 years old.
He makes grills for a living and had a lottery business in the area.
The police are now watching camera videos to understand exactly what happened.

A 44-year-old businessman, Bharat alias Dharmendra Mishra, was arrested by Chembur police for allegedly deliberately ramming his motorcycle into a friend after an argument.
The incident occurred at around 10.45 pm on August 12 near Vasantnagar, Triveni Bar, Thakkarbappa Colony in Chembur, Mumbai.
The victim suffered severe injuries to his head, legs and stomach and later succumbed to his injuries at a hospital.
Police registered a case on August 13 under Sections 103(1), 109(1), 281 and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, along with Section 184 of the Motor Vehicles Act.
Investigators are examining CCTV footage and other evidence to establish the exact sequence of events leading to the altercation.
