Mumbai is a big city in India.

On Monday morning, people woke up to a light drizzle, cloudy skies and gusty winds.

The weather department, called the India Meteorological Department or IMD, says the day will be cloudy with moderate rain.

No big rain alert has been issued for Mumbai this week.

The wind may blow at 40 to 50 kilometers per hour, and sometimes up to 60 kilometers per hour.

The temperature will stay around 32 degrees Celsius during the day and 29 degrees at night.

The air in the city is very clean, with an Air Quality Index of only 26, which is in the 'Good' category.

The IMD says rainfall across the country this August will be normal to below normal.

This year's monsoon is expected to be below normal because of El Nino conditions.

Still, heavy rain in early July helped Mumbai make up for its seasonal rainfall deficit.
