Two hurt in Greater Noida encounter after hostage, extortion spree
Some people were driving a car and trapped two other people inside it.
They wanted money and made the passengers send money using their phones.
The police got a phone call from a worried family member.
Police officers chased the car and stopped it near a road underpass.
The bad people tried to run away and fired guns at the police.
The police fired back to protect themselves and hurt two of the bad people.
The police then arrested those two people and took them to the hospital.
The two passengers were rescued safely.

Police intercepted the car near an underpass; the suspects fled on foot, opened fire, and were injured when police retaliated in self-defence.
The injured suspects, Abhinay Pallav (24) and Satyam Singh (22), were apprehended and taken to hospital, and both hostages were rescued.
